Hello Fellow KRs! I hope everyone's semester is going well. This week WE Searchers set up a Domestic Violence Awareness Display at the Desert View High School Library. October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. The display includes information on what constitutes domestic violence, along with several fiction and non-fiction books on the topic. Desert View students were enthusiastic about building a display at their own school, where fellow students and teachers can appreciate their work.

Hello Fellow KRs!
Many of you may have heard of the WE Search program and may not really understand what it is about. WE Search (the WE stands for Wellness Education) is a collaboration between Knowledge River, SIRLS, Arizona Health Sciences Library and Desert View High School. The objective of this program is to promote consumer health resources in the Tucson community and to better understand the existence of health disparities.
