I had the privilege of attending the John P. McGovern Award lecture by Clay Shirky at the Medical Library Association's 'Rethink' conference in Minneapolis, MN on May 15, 2011. His dynamic presentation, "Technology/Media: The Future, Innovation, Business Strategy, Marketing and Sales, Ethics and Culture" proved to be the highlight of the MLA lecture series.
I have started uploading the oral histories collected from Cruz Salas and Fred Ferreira, jr. at the San Carlos Apache Nation Public Library on September 30, 2010.

Important moments to remember:
(1) KR Cohort(s) social meetings for a chat, over coffee, dinner, or popping in just to say hello.
(2) KR Cohort(s) meeting as a study group, helping each other out to make sense of it all.
(3) KR Cohort(s) rally for events, making Tacos and a Movie under the Tucson Stars a night to celebrate.
